To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before it expires. You may also withdraw from the contract online at syllonaut.com/en/subscription (after signing in, in Subscription using “Withdraw from contract” and then “Confirm withdrawal from contract”; the route is also shown at syllonaut.com/en/withdrawal). If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal statement without undue delay in text form (for example by email), including its content and the date and time it was sent. You may still use email or post.
